What is happening?
THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL OF STOCKPORT (STOPFORD HOUSE CAR PARK, ARMOURY CAR PARK, RITZ CAR PARK, MERSEYWAY AND REDROCK CAR PARK AND NEWBRIDGE LANE CAR PARK) (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES, PAY AND DISPLAY, CASHLESS AND PERMIT PARKING) (STAFF AND TENANTS PARKING) NOTICE 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Borough Council of Stockport proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic Act 1991 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be to introduce additional Pay and Display, Cashless and Permit parking at Stopford House Car Park, Armoury Car Park, Ritz Car Park, Merseyway and Redrock Car Park and Newbridge Lane Car Park. There will be a short stay parking area in Stopford House Car Park on the upper level which will be marked by signage, where users will be able to park for 1 hour, no return within 1 hour using the RingGo system.
