THE OLDHAM - CHAPEL STREET ROYTON

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING ORDER 2024

The Oldham Borough Council intend to make a Temporary Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, a amended, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along that part of Chapel Street Royton from Thorp Road for 50 metres north easterly. The alternative route will be via Thorp Road, Albert Street, Flake Lane, Rochdale Road & Sandy Lane.

The Order is to be made to allow Cadent gas repairs and connections and will be in force for 4 weeks from 20th November 2024, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
