OWING TO AN ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR THE FOLLOWING IS A RE-ADVERTISEMENT FOR:
The East Sussex (Eastbourne) (Parking Places and Waiting, No Stopping and Loading Restrictions) Traffic Regulation Order 2021 Amendment Order 202* No.* (ETCIS Phase 2B)
Notice is hereby given that East Sussex County Council propose to make an Order under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, which will introduce new, removes or revises the existing parking, waiting and loading restrictions in the following lengths of road in preparation of the introduction of a new Pedestrian Zone in Terminus Road (between Seaside Road and Grand Parade) as part of the next phase of the Town Centre improvement scheme:-
Changes to Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time in: Burlington Road, Seaside Road, Terminus Road, Trinity Trees. Changes to Prohibition of Waiting, No Loading/Unloading At Any Time in: Terminus Road, Langney Road.
Changes to Ambulance Parking Places in: Grand Parade. Changes to Disabled Badge Holders only maximum stay 3 hours no return within 2 hours in: Seaside Road.
Changes to Pay and Display Places in: Grand Parade, Terminus Road.
Removal of Permit Holders or Pay and Display: Terminus Road.
Introduction of Pedestrian Zone in: Terminus Road (between Seaside Road and Burlington Road). Introduction of No Waiting at Any Time within the Pedestrian Zone, except for Loading 6pm to 10am in: Terminus Road (between Seaside Road and Burlington Road).
This is a re-advertisement due to an administrative error arising from the advertisement of TRO/504-A. Respondents were unable to provide their full contact details and therefore the County Council were unable to respond to any representations.

Any person wishing to make an objection or other representation concerning this proposal must do so in writing, together with the grounds on which it is made, to Communities, Economy & Transport, Parking, B Floor, West Block, East Sussex County Council, County Hall, St Anne’s Crescent, Lewes, BN7 1UE by email to eastbournephase2b@eastsussex.gov.uk quoting ref TRO/504-A to arrive no later than 29 November 2024. All representations in relation to the original TRO/504-A will be taken into consideration.

Terminus Road between Seaside Road and Grand Parade
Trinity Trees between Trinity Place and Terminus Road
Removal of No Right Turn in the following roads;
Into Terminus Road from Seaside Road
Removal of Right turn only in the following road;
Burlington Road into Terminus Road
Introduce Left Turn Only in the following roads;
Elms Road into Burlington Road
Terminus Road into Burlington Road
Amend Prohibition of Entry in the following roads;
Into Terminus Road from Seaside Road
Into Terminus Road from Burlington Road
Introduce Prohibition of Motor Vehicles at all times Except for loading Midnight - 10am, 6pm - Midnight in the following road;
Terminus Road between Seaside Road and Grand Parade
