MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn gwneud gwaith ar Gefnffordd yr A458, neu gerllaw iddi, yn Buttington Cross, Tal-y-bont yn Sir Powys.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro bob cerbyd, ac eithrio’r rheini sy’n cael eu defnyddio gan y gwasanaethau brys ac ar gyfer y gwaith, rhag mynd ar y darn o gerbytffordd tua’r gorllewin y gefnffordd sy’n ymestyn o’i chyffordd â’r B4388 wrth Dy Tafarn y Green Dragon hyd at ei chyffordd â Chylchfan Buttington Cross.
Y llwybr dargyfeirio ar gyfer pob cerbyd sy’n teithio tua’r gorllewin fydd mynd tua’r de ar y B4388 hyd at ei chyffordd â’r B4381, tua’r gorllewin ar y B4381 hyd at gylchfan Old Station Road ac yn olaf tua’r gogledd ar yr A483 hyd at Gylchfan Buttington Cross.
Disgwylir y bydd y gwaharddiad dros dro yn weithredol yn ysbeidiol o 09:00 o’r gloch ar 11 Tachwedd 2024 am gyfnod o 18 mis ar y mwyaf. Os bydd angen cau’r ffordd ar gyfer y gwaith, dangosir hysbysiadau ymlaen llaw o’r dyddiadau a’r amseroedd un ynol â hynny.

THE A458 TRUNK ROAD (BUTTINGTON CROSS, BUTTINGTON, POWYS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES) ORDER 2024
THE WELSH MINISTERS have made an Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which is necessary to undertake works on or near the A458 Trunk Road at Buttington Cross, Buttington in the County of Powys.
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicles, other than those being used by the emergency services and for the works, from proceeding on the length of the westbound carriageway of the trunk road that extends from its junction with the B4388 adjacent to the Green Dragon Public House to its junction with Buttington Cross Roundabout.
The diversion route for all westbound vehicles will be to proceed south on the B4388 to its junction with the B4381, west on the B4381 to the Old Station Road roundabout and finally north on the A483 to the Buttington Cross Roundabout.
It is expected that the temporary prohibition will operate intermittently from 09:00 hours on 11 November 2024 for a maximum of 18 months. Should closures for works be necessary, advance notice of dates and times will be displayed accordingly.
