What is happening?

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE

(Aylesbury Road, Great Missenden) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2024 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Aylesbury Road for approx. 35M. Alternative route: Missenden Bypass, Link Road, High Street and vice versa. The closure is required whilst AffinityWater works commences on 18 January 2024. The proposed Order will come into operation on 18 January 2024, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Frieth Road, Marlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2024 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Frieth Road for approx. 637M. Alternative route: Frieth Road, Bovingdon Green, Chalkpit Lane, Oxford Road, West Street, Market Square, Spittal Street, Dean Street, Seymour Court Road, Seymour Plain, Marlow Road, High Street, The Row, Finings Road, Church Road, Moor Common, Moorend Common and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach works commences on 7 January 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 7 January 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Copyground Lane, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2024 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Copyground Lane for approx. 47M. Alternative route: Oakridge Road, Dashwood Avenue, Desborough Park Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water works commences on 7 January 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 7 January 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Northdown Road, Chalfont St Peter) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2024 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Northdown Road for approx. 18M. Alternative route: Chesham Lane, Rickmansworth Lane, Monument Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach works commences on 8 January 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 8 January 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Victoria Road, Marlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2024 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Victoria Road for approx. 42M. Alternative route: Victoria Road, Glade Road, Dedmere Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Nexfibre works commences on 20 January 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20 January 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Pednor Top, Pednor) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2024 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Pednor Top for approx. 108M. Alternative route: Pednor Top, Pednor Bottom To Pednor Top, Pednor Bottom, Pednor Vale, Pednor Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Affinity Water works commences on 10 December 2024. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10 December 2024, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Bottom Road, Radnage) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2024 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Bottom Road for approx. 47M. Alternative route: Bowers Lane, Green End Road, Hatch Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water works commences on 6 January 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 January 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
