ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") proposes to make the Order named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which if they come into force will introduce various changes to the waiting or parking restrictions in the part or parts of the roads identified:

BRIGHTON & HOVE OUTER AREAS (WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING) AND CYCLE LANES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2024 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.* 202* (REF: TRO-35-2024)

• Ainsworth Avenue, Braybon Avenue, Chailey Avenue, Clarendon Place (Portslade), Dyke Road Avenue, Foredown Drive, Gableson Avenue, Hangleton Lane, Hangleton Manor Close, Hillside, Longhill Road, Looes Barn Close, Redhill Drive, Sherbourne Way & Woodland Drive -Proposed Double Yellow Lines (No Waiting At Any Time)
• Middle Street (Portslade) & West Street (Portslade) - Clarifying the descriptions of Double Yellow Lines (No Waiting At Any Time) on the order (no change on ground)
• Longridge Avenue - Proposed Limited Waiting
• Albion Street (Portslade), Bevendean Crescent, Brambledean Road, Broomfield Road, Carden Hill, Cowley Drive, Crossbush Road, Deacons Drive, Dean Gardens, Eldred Avenue, Godwin Road, Holton Hill, Laughton Road, Meadway Crescent, North Street (Portslade), Patchdean, Poynings Drive, Sherbourne Close, Sherbourne Way, Southdown Road, Steyning Avenue, Thorndean Road, Thornhill Rise, Walmer Crescent, Westfield Crescent, Whitehawk Way, Windlesham Close & Wiston Road - Proposed disabled badge holders parking place
• 24 Bolney Road, 70 Court Farm Road, 67 Crown Road, 183 Hollingdean Terrace, 34 Hornby Road, 11 Kestrel Close, 136 & 146 Mouslecoomb Way, 1-3 Old Shoreham Road (Hove), St Michael's Road, 35 Stanmer Villas, 7 Staplefield Drive, Sutton Close (adjoining 51 Langley Crescent) & 13 Westfield Crescent - Proposed removal of Disabled Badge Holders Parking Place
• Longridge Avenue - Proposed Timed Disabled Badge Holders Parking Place
• Longridge Avenue - Proposed reduction of TaxiRank
• Clarendon Place (Portslade) - Proposed Loading Bay
• Ellen Street - Clarifying the descriptions of the Loading Bay on the order (no change on ground)
