SCHOOL STREETS - ST BONIFACE RC PRIMARY SCHOOL AND TOOTING PRIMARY SCHOOL

* The Wandsworth (School Streets) (No. 2) Order 2024

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 6 November 2024 made the above order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

2. The general effects of the Order are to introduce a school street for St Boniface RC Primary School and Tooting Primary School. No person shall permit a motor vehicle to proceed in Urdine Street between its junctions with Mitcham Road and Totterdown Street and in Franciscan Road between its junctions with Mitcham Road and Totterdown Street. The school streets will operate between 8.15 and 9.15am and between 2.45 and 3.45pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive during term time.

3. Copies of the Order, which will come into operation on 11 November 2024, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION - CHILLERTON ROAD SW17

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Chillerton Road to facilitate UK Power Network utility works.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place on Chillerton Road, temporary waiting restrictions will be introduced on both sides of the road from number 51 to the Seely Hall. There will be no waiting 08:00-16:00.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section -telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

5. The order will come into operation on 19 November 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 28 November 2024.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 TEMPORARY CLOSURE - DEWEY STREET SW17

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Dewey Street to facilitate Thames Water utility works.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Dewey Street both sides of the road from number 22 to the junction with Franciscan Road. There will be no waiting at any time.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section -telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

5. The order will come into operation on 19 November 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 21 November 2024.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 TEMPORARY CLOSURE - GARRATT LANE SW18

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Garratt Lane to facilitate Gas utility works.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or exit Penwith Road, Magdalen Road, Algarve Road, Earlsfield Road, Duntshill Road and Vanderbilt Road at their junctions with Garratt Lane. There will be a banned left turn into Duntshill Road from Garratt Lane. Duntshill Road will also be made one way from the junction of Penwith Road to the junction of Garratt Lane. Vanderbilt Road will also be made one way from the junction of Winfirth Road to the junction of Garratt Lane. There will be no waiting at any time on any of the roads listed above.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 17

November 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 8 December 2024.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION - OSWARD ROAD SW17

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Osward road to facilitate Thames Water utility works.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Osward Road. From outside number 27 to the junction with Boundaries Road. There will be no waiting at any time

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section -telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

5. The order will come into operation on 20 November 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 27 November 2024.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 TEMPORARY CLOSURE - ROEHAMPTON HIGH STREET SW15

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Roehampton High Street to facilitate Thames Water utility works.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Roehampton High Street, from the junction of Longwood Drive to the junction of Treville Street. The one-way restriction will be suspended to allow for access. There will be no waiting at any time.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section -telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

5. The order will come into operation on 18 November 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 26 November 2024.
