Millport Rd - Temporary Prohibition of Traffic For Cycle Track Widening And Resurfacing Works
What is happening?
Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2024
The Council gives notice that it has made the following Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. In the interests of public safety, restrictions will apply to all vehicles, except vehicles engaged in the works noted below.
Cycle Track Closure Ncr75, Kilmacolm
The NCR75 Cycle Track will be closed from Millport Rd, Port Glasgow to Whitelea Crescent, Kilmacolm from 6.00am on 18/11/24 until 5.00pm on 16/2/25 to facilitate cycle track widening and resurfacing works. Alternative route: Millport Rd, Montrose Ave, Auchenbothie Rd, Port Glasgow Rd, Lochwinnoch Rd, Whitelea Rd, Whitelea Crescent & vice versa.
Inverclyde Council will issue Penalty Charge Notices and may move or cause to be moved to any place it thinks fit motor vehicles in breach of the terms of the Order.
