(PUMP LANE, DEWSBURY MOOR, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Pump Lane, Dewsbury Moor, from its junction with Heckmondwike Road to a point outside property no. 3 Pump Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Pump Lane, Low Road, Heckmondwike Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 25 November 2024 and remain in force until 13 December 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(HECKMONDWIKE ROAD, CEMETERY
ROAD, TEMPLE ROAD AND ACCESS TO DEWSBURY CEMETERY, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the following lengths of Heckmondwike Road, Cemetery Road, Temple Road and Access to Dewsbury Cemetery, Dewsbury from their junction with High Street, to their junction with Burgh Mill Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Cemetery Road, Huddersfield Road, Pinfold Hill, Webster Hill, Dewsbury Ring Road, Halifax Road, High Street, Access.
From High Street To Market Street, Market Street, Walkley Lane, Heckmondwike Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Saturday 23 November 2024 08:00 hours and remain in force until 24 November 2024 18:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(BOND STREET, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Bond Street, Dewsbury from A638 Dewsbury Ring Road to its junction with Northgate PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Clockwise - Dewsbury Ring Road, Croft Street, Union Street.
Anticlockwise - Dewsbury Ring Road, Wellington Road, Wellington Street, Daisy Hill, Grove Street.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 25 November 2024 and remain in force until 21 May 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(NORTHGATE, MARKET STREET, WHITCLIFFE ROAD, SCOTT LANE, SERPENTINE ROAD, HORNCASTLE STREET, CLECKHEATON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the following lengths of:
Northgate - from its junction with Westgate to its junction with Whitcliffe Road;
Market Street - from its junction with Northgate to its junction with Bradford Road;
Scott Lane - from its junction with Northgate to its junction with Bradford Road;
Whitcliffe Road - from its junction with
Northgate to its junction with Carver Street;
Serpentine Road - from its junction with
Northgate to its junction with Tesco access; and
Horncastle Street - from its junction with
Northgate to its junction with Bradford Road
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via:
Diversion 1 - Whitcliffe Road, Scott Lane, Bradford Road, Dewsbury Road, Parkside and vice versa; and
Diversion 2 - Bradford Road, Horncastle Street, Serpentine Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 25 November 2024 and remain in force until 29 November 2024 between the hours of 18:30 - 23:59 daily (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary). Closures to be carried out in stages.
(SUNNY BANK AVENUE, MIRFIELD)
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of from Sunny Bank Avenue, Mirfield from its junction with Sunny Bank Walk to its junction with Sunny Bank Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Sunny Bank Walk, Bright Street, Sunny Bank Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday 26 November 2024 08:00 and remain in force for until 20 December 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(CHIDSWELL LANE, SHAW CROSS, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Chidswell Lane, Shaw Cross from its junction with High Street, Huddersfield to its junction with Ramsden Street, Huddersfield PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Windsor Road, Owl Lane, Leeds Road, Pickering Lane, Chidswell Lane or Leeds Road, High Street, Cross Street,Chidswell Lane and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 25 November 2024 08:00 hours and remain in force until 6 December 2024 18:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(SCHOOL LANE, HARTSHEAD, LIVERSEDGE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of School Lane, Hartshead, from its junction with Peep Green Road, to its junction with Windy Bank Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles persons affected by the closure will be available via Peep Green Road, Windy Bank Lane.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 11 November 2024 09:30 hours and remain in force until 15 November 2024 15:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to18 months if necessary).
(CEMETERY ROAD, HECKMONDWIKE)
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Cemetery Road, Heckmondwike from a point outside property no. 47 Cemetery to its junction with Bath Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Cemetery Road, Westgate, High Street, Chapel Lane, Longfield Road.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 11 November 2024 09:00 hours and remain in force until 11 November 2024 14:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(ACCESS TO 1-19 FOUNDRY STREET/1-11 BROADWAY HOUSE, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Foundry Street, Dewsbury from a point outside property no. 10 Foundry Street to a point outside property no. 2 Foundry Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. No Diversion
It is intended that the closure will commence on Thursday 14 November 2024 08:00 hours and remain in force until 15 November 2024 20:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(MIRY LANE, HIGHTOWN, LIVERSEDGE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Miry Lane, Hightown from a point opposite Victoria Close to a point outside property no. 36 Victoria Close outside PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. No Diversion
It is intended that the closure will commence on Friday 15 November 2024 and remain in force approximately for one day between the hours of 10:00-17:00. (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) PROCEDURE REGULATIONS 1992
(NEW FOOTPATH (UNNAMED) KENMORE DRIVE, CLECKHEATON)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees will revoke the previous Order cited as “Kirklees Council (New Footpath (unnamed) Kenmore Drive, Cleckheaton) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2024” which was made on 25 September 2024.
Consequently, following the date of the Revocation Order, vehicular traffic in a length of the said road will no longer be prohibited by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road and/or being carried out on or near the road.
