AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
BEAUCHAMP ROAD. UPPER NORWOOD
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate telegraph pole renewal works on behalf of Openreach, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Beauchamp Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time:
a) Outside Nos. 2 to 12 Beauchamp Road.
b) Outside Nos. 11 to 15 Beauchamp Road, including the disabled parking bay.
3. The Order will come into operation on 12 November 2024, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
COBDEN ROAD. SOUTH NORWOOD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a new gas connection by SGN they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Cobden Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Cobden Road will be closed between the common boundaries of Nos. 55 and 57 Cobden Road and Nos. 95 and 97 Cobden Road.
3. During the closure the diversion routes for traffic will be via Enmore Road, Denmark Road and vice versa.
4. The order will come into operation on 25 November 2024, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 03 December 2024. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

DINGWALL ROAD. CROYDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to the cycle lane, carriageway, and footway, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Dingwall Road, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place overnight from 25 to 26 November and from 26 to 27 November 2024, from 8pm to 5am each night:
a) The cycle lane in Dingwall Road will be closed between its junctions with Lansdowne Road and George Street.
b) The carriageway of Dingwall Road will be closed between its junctions with Lansdowne Road and George Street.
c) The combined taxi rank/loading bay on the south-west side of Dingwall Road adjacent to its junction with George Street will be suspended.
3. Whilst the closures are in force, access will be maintained where required.
4. The Order will come into operation on 25 November 2024, and it is anticipated that the work will be completed as detailed above. However, the Order will remain in force for a maximum duration of 18 months to be reintroduced if further work is required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in conducting the said work.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works by SGN, they intend to make an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Lavender Road and Thornton Avenue, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
a) Lavender Road and Thornton Avenue will be closed as detailed below.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative routes for traffic will be as detailed below and appropriately signposted.
* Lavender Road, southbound: Via Aurelia Road, Mitcham Road, Lombard Roundabout, Thornton Road, Thornton Avenue and vice versa.
* Lavender Road, northbound: Via Thornton Avenue, Thornton Road, Shamrock Road, Aurelia Road and vice versa.
* Thornton Avenue, southbound: Via Thornton Road, Lombard roundabout, Mitcham Road, Aurelia Road, and Lavender Road.
* Thornton Avenue, northbound: Via Thornton Road, Shamrock Road, Aurelia Road, and Lavender Road.
* Thornton Avenue, westbound: Via Lavender Road, Aurelia Road, Mitcham Road, Lombard roundabout, and Thornton Road.
4. The Order will come into operation on 21 November 2024, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed as shown above. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said work.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate water connection works on behalf of Thames Water they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Lyndhurst Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Lyndhurst Road will be closed between the common boundary of Nos. 4a and 6a Lyndhurst Road and the rear (north-eastern) wall of No. 892 London Road.
3. During the closure, the alternative routes for traffic will be via London Road, Langdale Road, Beverstone Road, Lyndhurst Road, and vice versa, or via London Road, Malvern Road, Beverstone Road, and Lyndhurst Road.
4. The Order will come into operation on 26 November 2024, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 29 November 2024. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said work.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS OLD LODGE LANE, PURLEY
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate railway bridge inspections they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements in Old Lodge Lane, Purley.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Old Lodge Lane will be closed from the railway bridge (TAT/2) situated between the junction with Watney Close and No. 6 Old Lodge Lane, to the railway bridge (VTB2/ 80) situated between the junction with Watney Close and the junction with Hartley Down.
3. During the closure the diversion route for traffic will be via Old Lodge Lane, Burcott Road, Higher Drive, Foxley Hill Road, Godstone Road A22, Purley Road A22, Brighton Road A23, and vice versa. Access to Watney Close will be maintained.
4. The Order will come into operation on 26 November 2024, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed overnight and finish on 27 November 2024. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
5. The restriction will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs, Regulations and General Directions 2016.
6. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) a vehicle being used to carry out the said work.
(b) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Pawsons Road will be closed between its junction with Whitehorse Road and the common boundary of Nos. 8b and 10 Pawsons Road.
3. During the closure, the alternative route for traffic will be via Whitehorse Road, Mayo Road, Pawsons Road, and vice versa, as appropriately signposted.
4. The Order will come into operation on 28 November 2024, and it is anticipated that the work will be carried out within one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said work.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
