TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION
An order has been made to introduce a 40mph speed restriction on Tankersley Lane from Church Lane to the M1 motorway bridge, from 11 November 2024 for approximately two days.
Reason: Telecoms work.

An order has been made to introduce a temporary 40mph speed restriction on Noblethorpe Lane from Pye Greave Farm to Cooper Lane, on 11th November 2024 for approximately 3 weeks.
Reason: Enable sewer lining works in carriageway.

New Road, Pilley – Temporary road closure from Tankersley Lane to Westwood New Road. An alternative route is available via Westwood New Road.

TEMPORARY ONE-WAY RESTRICTION
An order will be made to introduce a temporary one-way restriction on Rotherham Road between Ledbury Road and Wakefield Road, allowing traffic to travel from Ledbury Road towards Wakefield Road only, from 16th November 2024 for approximately 2 days.
Reason: New water supply connection.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
An order will be made to close Hunningley Lane, Stairfoot from Birk Avenue to Stairfoot Roundabout, from 17 November 2024 for approximately one week. Road closed overnight only on a phased basis from 1800 to 0500 on Sunday evening and 2000 to 0500 on weeknights.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing.
