PUBLIC NOTICE

THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL

(CHURCH STREET)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Church Street outside property 78.

The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 19:00 on 17 November 2024 until 06:00 on 18 November 2024.
The diversion route is: High Street, Coseley Road, Black Country Route, Oxford Street and Lichfield Street.
The Order is required to facilitate a washout rebuild chamber by Severn Trent Water.
