Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14 The County Of Devon (Temporary Restriction) 

(Preston Street, Exeter) Order 2024 Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic & Parking 

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 9/12/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 7/2/25. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed or wait on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: PRESTON STREET, EXETER The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - 

Diversion 1 (King Street To Market Street): Preston Street, Market Street, Fore Street, Mary Arches Street, Bartholomew Street East, North Street, South Street, Holloway Street, Magdalen Street, Western Way, Road Over Exe Bridge South, Alphington Street, Road Over Exe Bridge North, Frog Street. 

Diversion 2 (Frog Street To King Street): Preston Street, King Street, Fore Street, Mary Arches Street, Bartholomew Street East, North Street, South Street, Market Street. 

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: GAS MAINS REPLACEMENT WORKS. For additional information contact:
