Main Road, Hathersage - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
MAIN ROAD, HATHERSAGE
WHEN: 25 November to 29 November 2024.
WHERE: Main Road, Hathersage 120m south
from entrance to Ash House Farm.
REASON: To facilitate retaining wall repairs.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Great Hucklow B6049,
Foolow, A623, B6001, Leadmill and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably
possible, on the affected length of road. The road
will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This
may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any
inconvenience caused while work takes place.

The County Council intends to make an Order
under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by
traffic.
