(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U3124 Stott Street Alnwick from its junction with Prudhoe Street heading in a southerly direction for a length of 150 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 25th November 2024 until the 30th April 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 20th January 2025 until the 23rd January 2025 between the hours of 09:00 until 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 30th April 2025.
There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council to carry out resurfacing works. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
