or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of

businesses directly affected by the works are to be notified of
the scheme to include access arrangements
Any vehicle that is in contravention of the waiting restriction
imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions
of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
Any contravention of the prohibitions or restrictions imposed
by this Order may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being
issued and the subsequent removal of a vehicle.

NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
have made an Order under Sections 14(1)(b), 22C, 22D and
92 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the
Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 and of all
other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief
Officer of South Yorkshire Police because of the likelihood of
danger to the public and the effect will be to:-
1 Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in those lengths of
road in the City of Doncaster District as described in part
1 of the Schedule to this notice on the dates and times
referred to therein,
2 Prohibit any person allowing a vehicle to park, wait or load
on those lengths of road described in part 2 of the

THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION
16A AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION
(SPECIAL EVENTS) ACT 1994
NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council, to
facilitate the holding of the Doncaster 10K Run intend not less
than seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order
under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984,
the effect of which will be to prohibit all motor vehicles from
proceeding in those lengths of road described in the
Schedule to this notice on the date and at the times referred
to in the said Schedule.
NOTHING in the Order shall apply:
to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a
Police Constable in uniform;
to any vehicle being used for Police, Fire Brigade or
Ambulance purposes, or the purposes of an undertaker in an
emergency, such as the loss of supplies of gas, electricity or
water to premises in the area, which necessitates the bringing
of vehicles into the section of road to which the order applies.

Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of November 2024
the City of Doncaster Council made an Order under the
provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The effect of the Order that will come into operation on the
18th day of November 2024 will be to introduce a No waiting
at any time restriction on the following length of road:-
Winchester Avenue, Wheatley
Northeast side
From its junction with the northwest kerbline of Thorne Road,
for a distance of 27 metres in a northwesterly direction.
Exceptions to the Order will permit waiting for the purpose of
picking up and setting down passengers, loading and
unloading goods, in connection with building industrial or
demolition operations, the removal of obstructions to traffic,
the maintenance of the roads and the services therein in
pursuance of statutory powers or duties, for the collection and
delivery of postal packets or if it is a vehicle being operated
by or on behalf of the South Yorkshire Safety Camera
Partnerships while carrying out roadside monitoring or
enforcement operations. The usual exceptions for disabled
persons vehicles are also included in the Order
