PUBLIC NOTICES

Roger Mann, Head of Law (Planning & Regulatory), City Law & Governance, Legal Services, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. Dated 7 November 2024. (Brookside Avenue & Thomas Lane) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving) Order, 2024.

Notice is hereby given that the Council intends to make the above-mentioned Order under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along: - (a) the full length of Brookside Avenue, L14, in a northerly direction; & (b) Thomas Lane, L14, in a northerly direction (from Staplands Road to Seymour Road), from the 25 November 2024 to 17 February 2025 or for such lesser period of time as dictated by the earlier completion of the works to safely enable Scottish Power works. A signed diversion will be erected for the duration of these two closures.
