What is happening?

HARINGEY COUNCIL - PUBLIC NOTICE REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY 2024

THE HARINGEY (HIGH ROAD N22, HORNSEY LANE N6, PHILIP LANE N15, TOWN HALL APPROACH ROAD N15 & WHITE HART LANE N22) (SPECIAL EVENTS) ORDER 2024

1. The Council of the London Borough of Haringey hereby gives notice

that to allow for Remembrance Sunday events it has made an Order under Section 16(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation (Special Events) Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the Order will be to temporarily close and suspend parking on the following roads on dates and times below

Lengths of Roads

10th November 2024 for 1 day between 9.30am & 1pm

  1. Road closure of High Road N22 between its junctions with While Hart Lane and Bounds Green Road.

  2. Road Closure on Homsey Lane N6 from its junction with Fitzwarren Gardens to its junction with Thornbury Square.

  3. Road Closure on Philip Lane N15 from its junction with High Road to its junction with Arnold Road.

  4. Road Closure on Town Hall Approach Road N15 from its junction with Philip Lane to its junction with High Road.

  5. Road closure on White Hart Lane, N22 between its junctions with High Road and Ewart Grove.

  6. Suspend parking and introduce No Waiting/No Loading at Any Time on White Hart Lane N22 both sides of the road, between its junctions with High Road and Ewart Grove.
3. The restrictions stated above, shall only apply during such times and to such extent as may be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and when directed by a police constable in uniform or a civil enforcement officer.
