MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 16A o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn hwyluso cynnal gwasanaeth Sul y Cofio ar gefnffordd yr A4076, neu gerllaw iddi, yn Aberdaugleddau, Sir Benfro.

Effaith y Gorchymyn yw gwahardd dros dro bob cerbyd, ac eithrio’r rhai a ddefnyddir gan y gwasanaethau brys, ar gyfer y digwyddiad neu ar gyfer gwaith brys, rhag myned ar y darn o gefnffordd yr A4076 a elwir yn Hamilton Terrace sy’n ymestyn o’i chyffordd â Priory Street hyd at ei chyffordd â The Rath.

Y llwybr arall ar gyfer cerbydau sy’n teithio tua’r gorllewin/de yw myned ar The Rath, Sandhurst Road, Great North Road, Charles Street a Dartmouth Street. Y llwybr arall ar gyfer cerbydau sy’n teithio tua’r dwyrain/gogledd yw myned ar Dartmouth Street a Robert Street i Great North Road.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 10 Tachwedd 2024 a bydd yn para am 1 diwrnod ar y mwyaf. Disgwylir y bydd y gwaharddiad dros dro yn weithredol o 10:00 o’r gloch hyd at 12:00 o’r gloch ar y dyddiad hwnnw.

THE A4076 TRUNK ROAD (HAMILTON TERRACE, MILFORD HAVEN, PEMBROKESHIRE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES) ORDER 2024

THE WELSH MINISTERS have made an Order under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which is necessary to facilitate holding the Remembrance Sunday memorial service event on or near the A4076 trunk road at Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire.

The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit all vehicles, other than those being used by the emergency services, for the event or for emergency works, from proceeding on the length of the A4076 trunk road known as Hamilton Terrace that extends from its junction with Priory Street to its junction with The Rath.

The alternative route for west/southbound vehicles is via The Rath, Sandhurst Road, Great North Road, Charles Street and Dartmouth Street. The alternative route for east/northbound vehicles is via Dartmouth Street and Robert Street to Great North Road.

The Order comes into force on 10 November 2024 and has a maximum duration of 1 day. The temporary prohibition is expected to operate from 10:00 hours to 12:00 hours on that date.
