Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th November 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for works to principal road maintenance and gully emptying and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th November 2024 to 22nd November 2024.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only. Roads affected - A389 Between Shepherds Hill And Mount Charles, Shepherds Hill, A389 Between St Mabyn Hill And Shepherds Hill, A389 Between Gonvena Hill And St Mabyn Hill, Bodmin -A389 between Mount Charles and Ball roundabout. The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (North East Distributor Road, St Austell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th November 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for principal road maintenance and gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th November 2024 to 23rd November 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.
Road affected - A391 North East Distributor Road, St Austell between Holmbush Road and Scredda Roundabout. An alternative route will be signed on site. Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 3rd November 2024 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 40 MPH over an area of highway being A391 Between Stannary Road And Scredda Roundabout, Carluddon, St Austell between grid references SX 01310:56473 and SX 01528:56195 for approximately 370 Metres. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to enable safe ingress and egress for development works.
The Order will come into operation on 4th November 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 17th October 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The restriction was imposed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 14th October 2024 fora period of 21 days. Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Columb. This prohibition is necessary for works to repair carriageway and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd December 2024 to 13th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Mawgan. This prohibition is necessary for ditching and siding works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd December 2024 to 4th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for new fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd December 2024 to 13th December 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 25th April 2017 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Bridleway 2 Warleggan and Bridleway 44 St Neot between grid references SX 15646:67650 and SX 15888:67194. The Order which commenced on the 26th April 2017 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 25th October 2025. The continuance of this Order, which was to have expired on the 25th October 2024 has been approved by the Secretary of State for Transport.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public during owing to water erosion. Bridleway closed for those driving, riding or leading a horse. Access for pedestrians to be maintained. Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th November 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Trewoon. This prohibition is necessary for excavation works in carriageway and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th November 2024 to 29th November 2024.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th December 2024 to 6th December 2024. This prohibition is necessary for works to clean out underground boxes and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd December 2024 for one day.
