The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) 
The County of Cornwall (Road From A3078 At Bessybeneath To Junction North Of Crohans, Veryan) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Ruan High Lanes. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd December 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Road From A3078 At Bessybeneath To Junction North Of Crohans, Ruan High Lanes between grid references SW92709 42015 and SW93114 41256.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th November 2024 In exercise of Its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Agnes.This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure MI be from 21st November 2024 for one day. The prohibition wil be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. 

Road affected • Road From The B3285 Between Wheal Kitty And Barkla Shop To Goonown Road, St Agnes between the junctions of Goonown Road and Alma Close.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road In TreluswelL This prohibition is necessary for gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd December 2024 to 5th December 2024.The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only. 

Roads affected- 83292 Between Four Cross And Lower TreluswelL 83292 Between Lower Treluswel I And Browns Hill, The Praze, Church Road, Commercial Road, for their entire lengths and Falmouth Road, Penryn between the junctions of Commercial Road and Ponsharden.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Ruan Minor.This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure wi be from 2nd December 2024 to 6th December 2024. The prohibition wil be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Cadgwith, Ruan Minor between the properties named Cadgwith Cove Fish Fort York and Accommodation Bay View Cottage.

The County of Cornwal (Campfield Hil, Rosewin Row, Truro) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 

Notice is hereby given that Comwal I Council has made the above Order dated 4th November 2024In exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Truro. This prohibition is necessary for gas mains works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th November 2024 to 27th November 2024. The prohibition wil be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 

Roads affected -Campfield Hill between the junctions of Truro Veen Terrace and Rosewin Row and Rosewin Row between the junction of Campfield Fill and property number 4, Truro.

Comwal Counci 
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) 

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 10th June 2024 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Carnkie, Wendron between grid reference SW71800 34707 and the Junction of Rame Common and Road From Penmarth To Camkie, Cammeneiiis between the junction of Penmarth and grid reference SW71800 34707. 

The Order which commenced on the 27th June 2024 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 28th November 2024. 

The prohibition wil be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. 

The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out ducting works. 

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services, cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and businesses MI be maintained.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th November 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Mawnan Smith. This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th November 2024 to 22nd November 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Carwin ion Road, Mawnan Smith between the junctions of St Michaels Court and Maenporth Road.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th November 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Falmouth. This prohibition is necessary for construction works and it is expected thatthe closure will be from 18th November 2024 to 23rd November 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Cliff Road, Falmouth between grid references SW80862 31727 and SWBOBBO 31722.
