Under The Cornwall Harbours Harbour Revision Order 2023 -Article 61 (power to deal with unserviceable vessels) -Notice to sell break up or otherwise dispose of vessels.
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council (“the Council”) as a statutory harbour authority for Penzance , Truro & Penryn Harbours intends to exercise its powers under Article 61 of The Cornwall Harbours Harbour Revision Order 2023 to sell, break up or otherwise dispose of the following vessels:
Penzance Harbour
• ‘Kelly’ - 22ft GRP lifting keel yacht (white Jaguar 22)
• ‘Yoyo’ - 24ft GRP bilge keel yacht (blue Snapdragon 23)
• ‘Dynamite’ - 29ft GRP fin keel yacht (red Van de Stadt)
Port of Truro
• ‘Scorpion’ - 22ft GRP fin keel yacht
• No name - 16ft GRP cabin boat (white)
• No name - 17ft GRP motor boat (blue)
• ‘Burp’ - 15ft GRP motor boat (white)
• No name - 14ft GRP motor boat (Mayland 14)
• Jorja Louise P2’ - 30ft wooden former motor fishing boat
• ‘Scylla’ - 22ft GRP sailing yacht (blue Ballerina)
• ‘Gratuity’ - 24ft GRP bilge keel yacht (Shapdragon 23)
• ‘Misty’ - 22ft GRP blue motor boat (blue Seafarer 21)
• ‘Compton Castle’ - former paddle steamer
