NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Local Inquiry will be held by an Inspector appointed for the purpose by the Secretary of State for Transport into his proposal to make an Order under Section 249 of the above Act to authorise the extinguishment of vehicular rights along a length of Cliff Gardens at Seaford in the District of Lewes in order to Extinguish any right which persons may have to use vehicles on the highway.
THE INQUIRY will be held at The View, Seaford
Head Golf Course, Southdown Road, Seaford, East Sussex, BN25 4JS commencing at 10:00am on 26, 27, 28 and 29 November 2024.
