North Street, Strathaven Temporary Road Restriction Order 2024
South Lanarkshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other enabling powers, has made the following Order:-
This Order may be cited as “South Lanarkshire Council, North Street, Strathaven, Temporary Road Restriction Order 2024” and shall come into operation between 12.01am 25 November 2024 and 11.59pm 7 December 2024. The restrictions will be applied on site by the display of traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
Whilst this order remains in force no person shall permit any vehicles to wait or load on the sections of road specified in Schedule 1 by reason Scottish Water apparatus maintenance.
Schedule 1 – Temporary Road Closure
North Street, Strathaven, between the northern boundary of 5 North Street and the northern boundary of 47 North Street.
