The Bury Bungalow North Lodge, 75 Church Street, Chesham. Replacement of and extension to existing closet wing to rear of the main house, with new glazed openings and skylights; internal reconfiguration and refurbishment of main house, including new bathroom installation; repair and refurbishment of existing sash windows to main house and installation of new timber frame sash window to front elevation blind window; reconfiguration of existing site entrance for vehicular access only, replacement of existing garden shed, and installation of new garden room for use incidental to enjoyment of host dwelling.

Newland Park, Gorelands Lane, Chalfont St Giles Variation of condition 47 (approved plans) of planning permission CH/2014/1964/FA (Redevelopment of site to provide 309 dwellings (Use Class C3), including new build, conversion of existing student housing blocks, Grade II listed manor house and associated buildings, erection of new fitness centre, sports facilities building (Use Class D1), sports pitches and associated landscaping) to allow minor amendments to buildings C01, C02 and C03, the surrounding road layout and landscaping; and insertion of a planning condition to enable and control development phasing.
