(Link Footpath F60230 99 Steps, Wells Road to St. Annes Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F60230 99 steps, Wells Road to St. Annes Road from its junction with U63100 Foley Terrace to its junction with A449 Wells Road.
Reason: Reconstruction of failed retaining wall by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A449 Belle Vue Terrace, U63100 St Anns Road, U63100 Foley Terrace and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 145 days (24hrs). Commencing: 4 November 2024.
(U63100 Foley Terrace, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U63100 Foley Terrace from its junction with U63101 Happy Valley to its junction with B4218 Wyche Road.
Reason: Reconstruction of failed retaining wall by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U63100 St Anns Road, A449 Belle Vue Terrace, A449 Wells Road, B4218 Wyche Road, U63100 Foley Terrace (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 145 days (24hrs). Commencing: 4 November 2024.
(U63131 Bredon Grove, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U63131 Bredon Grove from its junction with B4208 Poolbrook Road to its junction with U63132 Aston Drive.
Reason: Cattle grid removal and carriageway way construction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U63131 Bredon Drive (part), U63127 Brook Farm Drive, U63125 Watkins Way, B4208 Poolbrook Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 4 November 2024.
(U61403 Hollybush) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U61403 Hollybush from its junction with Track from U61403 Hollybush to Malvern Hills Boundary to its junction with U61403 The Roughs.
Reason: Drainage and flood alleviation work by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U61403 Hollybush (part), A438 Hollybush, B4208 Coombe Green, B4208 Castlemorton, U61409 New Road, U61403 Castlemorton Common and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days. Commencing: 4 November 2024.
(Link Footpath F60071 Buryfield Walk, Upton upon Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F60071 Buryfield Walk from its junction with U61213 Minge Lane to its junction with Link Footpath F60072 Church Walk.
Reason: New/replacement Electricity Cable by National Grid.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U61213 Minge Lane, A4104 Old Street, Link Footpath F60072 Church Walk and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 4 November 2024.
(C2103 Lower Woodsfield, Madresfield) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2103 Lower Woodsfield from its junction with U62002 Hawthorn Lane for a distance of 677 metres in a north easterly direction.
Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2103 Upper Woodsfield, C2102 Newland, A449 Worcester Road, A449 Malvern Road, B4424 Upton Road, C2103 Jennett Tree Lanen and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 25 November 2024.
(U64213 Weather Lane, Astley and Dunley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U64213 Weather Lane from its junction with B4196 Astley to its junction with Lane from Seedgreen Lane to Weather Lane (NSG Ref 24411789).
Reason: Pressure release valve rebuild by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U64213 Weather Lane (part), U64212 Bull Hill, B4196 Astley, U64213 Weather Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 25 November 2024.
