SECTION 14 (1)(a) (AS AMENDED)

HOYLAND FOOTPATH 13
TEMPORARY CLOSURE
An order has been made to close Hoyland Footpath 13 through Jump Valley. An alternative route will be available. This Order shall come into operation on 4 November 2024 for a maximum duration of six months. Works are scheduled to take approximately 4 months.
Reason: Construction site and working area.

BARNSLEY PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 427
TEMPORARY CLOSURE
The Secretary of State has authorised a further 6 month extension of the above named order to close Barnsley public footpath no. 427 from Bleachcroft Way to the rear of Barnsley Retail Park at Stairfoot to the 30 April 2025.
REASON: Development works.
