Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14 The County Of Devon (Temporary Restriction)

(Road From Devon Hotel To Bridge Road & Road From Devon Hotel To A30 Bridge, Matford) Order 2024 Temporary 30mph Speed Limit

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 7/10/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 21/3/25. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed at a speed greater than 30 miles per hour on the sections of Affected Roads when temporary traffic signing is in place. Roads affected: ROAD FROM DEVON HOTEL TO BRIDGE ROAD & ROAD FROM DEVON HOTEL TO A30 BRIDGE, MATFORD, (A379 NEAR THE DEVON HOTEL ROUNDABOUT.) This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: CONSTRUCTION OF NEW SIGNALISED CROSSING ON BAD HOMBURG WAY WITH NEW FOOTWAY ON WESTERN VERGE.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: DRAINAGE.
