ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (CYCLE TRACK FROM PYNES HILL TO OLD RYDON LANE - EXETER BYPASS PEDESTRIAN-CYCLE BRIDGE, EXETER) ORDER 2024
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 18/11/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 20/12/24. No person shall proceed on the sections of Affected Paths except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those lengths of paths. 

Roads affected: CYCLE TRACK FROM PYNES HILL TO OLD RYDON LANE - EXETER BYPASS PEDESTRIANCYCLE BRIDGE, EXETER, THE PEDESTRIAN & CYCLE TRAFFIC WILL BE DIVERTED TOWARDS IKEA BRIDGE INSTEAD OF EXETER BY-PASS BRIDGE. THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ROUTE. This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: THE EXETER BYPASS PEDESTRIAN/CYCLE BRIDGE WILL BE CLOSED FOR 24HRS EVERYDAY INCLUDING WEEKENDS THROUGHOUT THE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD.
