Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Lakeber Drive, High Bentham, Order 2024, No. 371

We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Lakeber Drive, High Bentham for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 06/11/24 & 14/11/24, due to Electricity Northwest works to provide a new electric connection. However, the max duration of this Order is until 06/02/25. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Winston Avenue, Cross Hills & Lynndale Avenue, Cross Hills, Order 2024, No. 372

We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Winston Avenue, Cross Hills & Lynndale Avenue, Cross Hills at their junctions with Keighley Road for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 04/11/24 & 22/11/24, to facilitate Northern Gas Networks gas main replacement works on Keighley Road. However, the max duration of this Order is until 04/02/25. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. 30 & 40 Mph Speed Limits, A65 New Road Ingleton, Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that on 25/10/24 North Yorkshire Council made an Order under Sections 84(1) & (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which is to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 30 mph on any length of road specified in Part 1 below & in excess of 40 mph on any length of road specified in Part 2 below:-

Part 1 - 30mph Speed Limit (A65) New Road, Ingleton, from a point 65 metres northwest of its junction with Bentham Road to a point 85 metres southeast of its junction with Raber Top Lane. Total distance of 835 metres.

Part 2 - 40mph Speed Limit (A65) New Road, Ingleton, from a point 85 metres southeast of the centreline of the junction with Raber Top Lane in a southerly direction to a point 30 metres north of the centreline of the junction with Pinecroft. Total distance of 630 metres.
