Somerset Council Parish of Ruishton Temporary Closure of Bushy Cross Lane

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Bushy Cross Lane - from the junction with Newlands Road, southwards for a total distance of 69 metres. This Order will enable DMT to excavate and locate blockages on behalf of Nexifibre. The Order becomes effective on 14th November 2024 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 18th November 2024 and last until 22nd November 2024 between the hours of 00:00 -23:59 for a total of 5 days.
