(ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) (CONSOLIDATION)) ((AMENDMENT NO.72) (HIGH STREET, CLIFFE ROAD AND SHIPMAN ROAD, MARKET WEIGHTON)) ORDER 2024
1. East Riding of Yorkshire Council propose to make a Road Traffc Regulation Order the effect of which will be to amend East Riding of Yorkshire Council (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) (Consolidation) Order 2021 the effect of which will be to introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on Shipman Road and Cliffe Road, Market Weighton and to replace existing disabled parking bay on High Street with a restricted parking place (Mon-Sat 8-am -6pm one hour period no return within one hour) and replace a section of existing restricted parking bay with disabled parking bay (Mon-Sat 8am-6pm three hours no return within three hours).
The proposed changes are shown on Plan Tile References DG80A DI81A and DJ81 which are attached to the proposed Order. An annotated illustrative drawing is also available for inspection with reference TMN2404/1200/01 and TMN2024/1200/02 which shows for ease of reference the proposed amendments. If the Order becomes operative Plan Tile References DG80A DI81A and DJ81 will be incorporated into East Riding of Yorkshire Council (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) (Consolidation) Order 2021 to replace the existing Plan Tile References DG80 and DI81.
2. A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order are available for inspection at the Market Weighton Wicstun Customer Service Centre, 14 Beverley Road, Market Weighton, YO43 3JP. A copy of the street notice and relevant plan have been placed on the council’s website (East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Traffc Management and Road Safety).
