intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to
make an Order under Sections 14(1)(b), 22C, 22D and 92 of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road
Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 and of all other
enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of
South Yorkshire Police because of the likelihood of danger to
the public and the effect will be to:-
1 Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in those lengths of
road in the City of Doncaster District as described in part 1 of
the Schedule to this notice on the dates and times referred to
therein,
2 Prohibit any person allowing a vehicle to park, wait or load
