(TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION) (TEMPORARY NO WAITING) (TEMPORARY NO LOADING/UNLOADING) ORDER 2024
The Lancashire County Council (“the County Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (the Act), and of all other enabling powers, HEREBY makes the following Order:
The Lancashire County Council (B5410 LYTHAM ST ANNES WAY, LYTHAM ST ANNES LANE, WESTBY WITH PLUMPTONS, FYLDE BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION) (TEMPORARY NO WAITING) (TEMPORARY NO LOADING/UNLOADING) ORDER 2024, is hereby temporarily Amended in that:
i. To amend Article 4 as follows:
The prohibition will be operative from 0001 hours on Friday 28th June 2024 until 2359 hours on Monday 3rd February 2025.
This Temporary Amendment Order shall come into operation on Wednesday 16th October 2024 and may be cited as “The Lancashire County Council (B5410 LYTHAM ST ANNES WAY, LYTHAM ST ANNES LANE, WESTBY WITH PLUMPTONS, FYLDE BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION) (TEMPORARY NO WAITING) (TEMPORARY NO LOADING/UNLOADING) ORDER 2024 (TEMPORARY AMENDMENT) ORDER 2024.”
