(Platt Lane, Keyworth (30 M.p.h. Speed Limit) And (Restricted Road) Order 2024 (8387)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Keyworth in the Borough of Rushcliffe in the County of Nottinghamshire.
1. The length of road specified in Schedule 1 of this Order shall be a Restricted Road (30mph) for the purposes of Section 81 of the Act.
2. No person shall drive any vehicle at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour on that length of road specified in Schedule 2 of this Order.
PLATT LANE, KEYWORTH SCHEDULE 1
From a point 50 metres north-east of the northeastern property boundary of Shelton Farm in a north-easterly direction for 17 metres
SCHEDULE 2
From a point 67 metres north-east of the northeastern property boundary of Shelton Farm in a north-easterly direction for 33 metres Relevant documents may be inspected during opening hours at :
(a) The Nottinghamshire County Council, County Hall, Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 7QP.
(b) Keyworth Library, Church Drive, Keyworth, Nottingham NG12 5FF Or can be viewed online by visiting the County Council's website (consult.nottinghamshire.gov.uk) Written comments / objections either by letter or email to tmconsultation@viaem.co.uk (stating grounds and quoting ref: 8387) must be received by the 28th November 2024.
