(Milnrow Road, Littleborough)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles Order And Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time Order) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Milnrow Road for a distance of 50 metres from its junction with Smithy Bridge Road for a distance of 20 metres in a northerly direction.
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Milnrow Road for a distance of 50 metres from its junction with Smithy Bridge Road for a distance of 20 metres in a northerly direction. The Order is required to facilitate the replacement of a frame and cover within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 19:00 hours on the 17th November 2024 until 22:00 on the 17th November 2024.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Milnrow Road (Littleborough), Wildhouse Lane, Kiln Lane, Bridge Street, Rochdale Road, Milnrow Road (Rochdale), Albert Royds Street, Halifax Road (A58), Smithy Bridge Road, Milnrow Road (Littleborough) & vice versa.
(Silver Hill, Milnrow (2))
(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles Order And Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time Order) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Silver Hill for a distance of 90 metres from its junction with Kiln Lane for a distance of 28 metres in a north westerly direction.
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Silver Hill for a distance of 90 metres from its junction with Kiln Lane for a distance of 28 metres in a north westerly direction. The Order is required to facilitate the replacement of gas mains within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 00:00 hours on the 13th November 2024 until 23:59 hours on the 6th December 2024, or before then if the works are completed sooner.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Silver Hill, Croft Head Drive, Wildhouse Lane, Kiln Lane & vice versa.
(Grafton Street, Rochdale)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles Order) (Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time Order) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Grafton Street from its junction with Channing Street for a distance of 20 metres in an easterly direction on both sides of the road.
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Grafton Street from its junction with Channing Street, for a distance of 20 metres in an easterly direction on both sides of the road.
The Order is required to facilitate Installation of new gas mains supply in the highway within the carriageway
The Order will be operative from 00:00 on the 18th November 2024 until 23:59 on the 20th December 2024.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Channing Street, York Street, Crawford Street, Moss Bridge Road, Kingsway, Waithlands Road, Grafton Street & vice versa
(Bury Road, Rochdale)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time Order) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to;
(i) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Bury Road from its junction with Coach Lane in a westerly direction for a distance of 204 metres.
The Order is required to facilitate Antenna works to telecomms mast within the highway.
The Order will be operative from 09:00 on the 3rd November 2024 until 15:30 on the 3rd November 2024.

(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles Order) (Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time Order) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to;
(i) Prohibit vehicles from proceeding along River Street from a point 95 metres north of its junction with Water Street (the southerly carriageway) for a distance of 30 metres in a north westerly direction
(ii) Suspend The BOROUGH OF ROCHDALE (RIVER STREET/ FAULKNER STREET, ROCHDALE) (ONE-WAY WORKING) ORDER 2014 in such that any vehicle will be permitted to travel along River Street (northerly and southerly carriageways) and Faulkner Street in both directions
The Order is required to facilitate NEW WATER SUPPLY within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 00:00 on the 2nd November 2024 until 23:59 on the 3rd November 2024.
(Union Street, Rochdale)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles Order) (Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time Order) Order 2024
Notice Is Hereby Given That The Rochdale Borough Council Made An Order, The Effect Of Which Is To;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Union Street from its junction with St Mary’s Gate, Rochdale in a southerly direction for a distance of 20 metres
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Union Street from its junction with St Mary’s Gate, Rochdale in a southerly direction for a distance of 20 metres.
The Order is required to facilitate waste water cover replacement within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 19:00 on the 5th November 2024 until 04:00 on the 6th November 2024.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via St Marys Gate, Hunters Lane, Union Street & vice versa.
(Howards Place, Rochdale)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles Order) (Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time Order) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Howard Place from its junction with St Marys for its entire length.
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Howard Place from its junction with St Marys Gate for its entire length. The Order is required to facilitate remodelling OF the street and car park within the carriageway
The Order will be operative from 08:00 on the 25th October until 16:00 on the 27th March 2025.
There is no alternative route for vehicles.
