PUBLIC NOTICE

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(U22404 Weights Lane, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of U22404 Weights Lane from its junction with Hawling Street (Private) to its junction with Claydon Close (Private).

Reason: New development works. Carriageway resurfacing by Erris Builders Ltd.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Pedestrians must follow separate diversion route.

No access for emergency services, diversion route must be followed.

Alternative route: U22404 Weights Lane (part), A441 Birmingham Road, A441 Alvechurch Highway, B4184 Middlehouse Lane, B4184 Hewell Road, Burrington Close (Private), Hawling Street (Private), and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs). Commencing: 25 November 2024.

(U23426 Haslucks Green Road, Wythall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Order made: To close that part of U23426 Haslucks Green Road from its junction with U23427 Cambria Close for a distance of 660 metres in a northerly direction to the boundary with Solihull.

Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U23426 Haslucks Green Road into Solihull, U23433 Peterbrook Road, U23426 Haslucks Green Road (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days between 6 November 2024 and 20 November 2024.

(C2040 Tanners Green Lane/Mill Lane, Wythall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Order made: To close that part of Closure 1: C2040 Tanners Green Lane from its junction with A435 Alcester Road to its junction with C2040 Mill Lane. Closure 2: C2040 Mill Lane from its junction with C2040 Tanners Green Lane for a distance of 361 metres until Warwickshire County boundary.

Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: Diversion clockwise: Into Warwickshire - A435 Portway Island, A435 Alcester Road (northbound), A435 Becketts Roundabout, A435 Alcester Road (southbound).

Diversion Anti-clockwise: A435 Alcester Road (southbound), A435 Portway Island into Warwickshire.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days between 6 November 2024 and 21 November 2024.

(C2101 Lodge Park Roundabout, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Order made: To close that part of Closure 1 - C2101 Lodge Park Roundabout (northside of the roundabout) from its junction with C2101 Northbound Slip on to A441 Alvechurch Highway to its junction with C2101 Southbound Slip off the A441 Alvechurch Highway. Closure 2 - C2101 Lodge Park Roundabout (southside of the roundabout) from its junction with C2101 Southbound Slip on to A441 Alvechurch Highway to its junction with C2101 Northbound Slip off the A441 Alvechurch Highway.

Reason: Bridgework maintenance by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

No access for emergency services diversion route must be followed.

Alternative route: North Bridge diversion: A441 Alvechurch Highway Northbound, A441 Roundabout over Coventry, A441 Alvechurch Highway southbound. South Bridge Diversion: A441 Alvechurch Highway southbound, A448 Bromsgrove highway, A441 Alvechurch Highway northbound.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 nights (20:00 - 06:00). Commencing: 5 November 2024.

(U23404 Primrose Hill, Wythall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of U23404 Primrose Hill from its junction with C2170 Icknield Street for a distance of 102 metres northwest until the boundary with Birmingham.

Reason: Verge maintenance by Severn Trent Water.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2170 Icknield Street, C2036 Clewshaw Lane, C2040 Middle Lane, C2040 Gayhill Lane into Birmingham and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 22 November 2024.

(U31000 Bromsgrove Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Order made: To close that part of U31000 Bromsgrove Road from its junction with C2137 Birchfield Road to its junction with U31001 Poplar Road.

Reason: Tree maintenance by Robinson Tree Surgery. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2137 Birchfield Road, B4184 Birchfield Road, B4184 Brockhill Drive, U31079 Lily Green Lane, U31003 Foxlydiate Crescent, U31009 Rowan Road, U31019 Willow Way, U31000 Bromsgrove Road (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days (24hrs). Commencing: 4 November 2024.

(U23408 Bell Green Lane, Wythall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of U23408 Bell Green Lane from its junction with C2170 Icknield Street to its junction with C2040 Middle Lane.

Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2170 Icknield Street, C2042 Clewshaw Lane, C2040 Middle Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 25 November 2024 and 4 December 2024.

(U23403 Baccabox Lane, Hollywood) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of U23403 Baccabox Lane from its junction with C2171 Dark Lane to its junction with U23402 Packhorse Lane.

Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U23402 Packhorse Lane, C2180 Alcester Road, C2171 Dark Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 24 November 2024 and 4 December 2024.

(U23403 Batemans Lane, Hollywood) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of U23403 Batemans Lane from its junction with U23402 Packhorse Lane to its junction with C2036 Silver Street.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U23402 Packhorse Lane, C2180 Alcester Road, C2036 Silver Street and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 24 November 2024 and 4 December 2024.

(U23400 Crabmill Lane, Hollywood) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of U23400 Crabmill Lane from its junction with C2171 Dark Lane for a distance of 1985 metres in a north easterly direction until Birmingham County boundary on Druids Lane.

Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2171 Dark Lane, C2180 Alcester Road, C2180 Alcester Road South into Birmingham and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 24 November 2024 and 4 December 2024.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2024 [Prohibition of Waiting on Stonepit Lane, Chesterton Close Junction, Redditch]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Redditch: Stonepit Lane (West Side) from a point 12 metres southwest of its junction with Brookfield close for a distance of 45 metres in a south westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/ access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
