PUBLIC NOTICE
LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY
The Bromley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2003 (Amendment No. ***) Order 202* The Bromley (Free Parking Places) (Time Restricted) Order 1997 (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers. The effect of the Orders would be to:-
a) introduce/extend waiting/loading restrictions as set out in the Schedule to this Notice;
b) remove a free parking place outside No. 94 Nightingale Lane.
Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Orders. Copies of the proposed Orders, of the plans of the scheme and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at Bromley Council, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, or by emailing TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk.
ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environment and Public Protection, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, or by email to TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk. quoting reference ADE(TP)/RP/T100/772 not later than 20th November 2024.
Persons objecting to the proposed Orders should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government
(Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public
inspection.

WAITING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting At Any Time:-
BARNHILL AVENUE, Bromley, (a) the north side, from a point 10m west of the western kerbline of Speldhurst Close to a point 10m east of the eastern kerbline of Speldhurst Close;
BECKENHAM GROVE, Bromley, (a) the north east side, from a point 10m north west of the northern kerbline of Park Hill Road to a point 20m south east of the southern kerbline of Park Hill Road;
PARK HILL ROAD, Bromley, (a) both sides, from the north eastern kerbline of Beckenham Grove eastwards for a distance of 20m.
SPELDHURST CLOSE, Bromley, (a) both sides, from the northern kerbline of Barnhill Avenue north wards for a distance of 10m.
WALDEN AVENUE, Chislehurst, (a) the north east side, from a point 3m north west of the common boundary of Nos. 54 and 56 Walden Avenue north westwards for a distance of 15m;
