Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 25th October 2024 it made the above Orders to:
1. Install ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.
2. Install a blue badge disabled parking bay outside No. 13 Bondfield Avenue, Hayes.
3. Convert the existing Zone RL2 permit holder parking place on Reservoir Road, Ruislip opposite Waters Reach Appartements to a blue badge disabled parking bay.
4. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside No. 8 Cavendish Close, Hayes
ii) Outside No. 7 Fernes Close, Uxbridge
iii) Outside No. 9 Hewens Road, Hayes
iv) Outside No. 14 Tolcarne Drive, Northwood Hills
v) Outside No. 348 West End Road, Ruislip
5. Remove the entire Zone SR permit holder parking place outside No. 5 Masson Avenue, Ruislip and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.
6. Remove part of the Zone Y1 permit holder parking place outside No. 42 Edgar Road, Yiewsley and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.
Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 4th November 2024 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
SCHEDULE – INSTALLATION OF ‘AT ANY TIME’ WAITING RESTRICTIONS
Vine Lane, Hillingdon – At the junction with Sylvana Close.
Sylvana Close, Hillingdon – At the junction with Vine Lane.
Torcross Road, Ruislip – At the junction with Queens Walk.
Queens Walk, Ruislip – At the junction with Torcross Road.
Long Lane, Hillingdon – On the corner of the service road between Crescent Parade and outside No. 15 Long Lane.
Kingston Lane, West Drayton
i) West side, between the junction with Bellclose Road and northern extent of the adopted highway of Kingston Lane.
ii) At the junction with Holly Gardens.
iii) At the junction with Hawthorne Crescent.
Holly Gardens, West Drayton – At the junction with Kingston Lane.
Hawthorne Crescent, West Drayton – At the junction with Kingston Lane.
Cornwall Road, Uxbridge – On the inside of the corner outside No. 22 Cornwall Road
Hurstfield Crescent, Hayes
i) West side of the eastern most north to south arm, from a point in line with the southern kerbline of Balmoral Drive, southwards for a distance of 13 metres, relocating the extent of the existing footway parking exemption northwards.
ii) East side of the eastern most north to south arm, from a point in line with the southern kerbline of Balmoral Drive, southwards for a distance of 18.8 metres.
