Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 28th October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Columb. This prohibition is necessary for excavation works in carriageway and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th November 2024 to 19th November 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - B3273 From Junction West Of Pengelly Farm To Junction With Kernick Road, St Columb from outside property known as Meadow View to outside property known as Cothele.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 28th October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Newlyn East. This prohibition is necessary for ditching works and it is expected that the closure will be from 11th November 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1600, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Road From Benny Bridge To St Newlyn East between grid references SW83162 56961 and SW83781 57231 and Road From Trerice To Benny Bridge, St Newlyn East between grid reference SW83781 57231 and the property named Benny Mill.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for essential tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th November 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for works to remove debris due to land slip and it is expected that the closure will be from 11th November 2024 to 18th November 2024. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 28th October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th November 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekends included.
Road affected - Castle Street, Bodmin from junction with Dennison Road to junction with Church Lane.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Chapel Square Mevagissey from Old Chapel House to the junction for Chapel Street.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one-way order The County of Cornwall (Mevagissey) (Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1991 Chapel Square (Class III) between the junction for River Street and the junction for Church Street.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road for an interim to permanent reinstatement.
The Order will come into operation on 25th November 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 25th November 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
