(Gedling Road And Glendale Gardens, Arnold) (Prohibition Of Waiting) Traffic Regulation Order 2024 (7277)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Arnold in the Borough of Gedling : -
Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following length of road : Gedling Road, Arnold (the north-east side) - From a point 12 metres north-west of its junction with Glendale Gardens in a south-easterly direction to a point 4 metres south-east of that junction Glendale Gardens, Arnold (both sides) - From its junction with Gedling Road in a northeast direction for 10 metres Relevant documents may be inspected at during opening hours : -
a) The Nottinghamshire County Council, County Hall, Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, NG2 7QP
b) Arnold Library, Front Street, Arnold, Nottingham, NG5 7EE

This Order Will Come Into Force On 31st October 2024.
The proposals have been introduced to deal with inconsiderate parking at the junction.
