Yeovil Road - Temporary Closure For New Connection Works

Temporary Closure of Yeovil Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Yeovil Road - from 150 metres north-east of the junction with Main Street, north eastwards for a total distance of 101 metres.
This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out new connection works.
The Order becomes effective on 14th November 2024 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 18th November 2024 and last until 22nd November 2024 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 5 days.
