Application Reference No: R/05/18D From Mrs Stephanie Bew for Householder planning permission for installation of air source heat pump and removal of oil tank, gas store, pond and concrete coal bunker at Croft View, Gunnerside.

Application Reference No: R/05/18E/LB From Mrs Stephanie Bew for Listed building consent to replace existing wooden double glazed windows and doors with wooden double glazed units; restoration of one first floor window to the original dimensions with stone lintels to match all the other upper windows; removal of damaged rendering from the south and east elevations of the house and re-point all stonework with lime mortar; installation of air source heat pump to replace oil fired system and remove old oil tank, gas store, pond and the concrete coal bunker adjacent to the house; install underfloor heating on the ground floor and replace concrete floor with reclaimed Yorkshire stone flags; remove and replace ceilings in 2 bedrooms at Croft View, Gunnerside.
