The County of Cornwall (Road From The Brambles To Latchley Farm, Latchley)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Latchley. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th November 2024 to 29th November 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From The Brambles To Latchley Farm, Latchley for its entire length.

(Road From Trehan House To Junction West Of The Old Mill, Saltash) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Saltash. This prohibition is necessary for clearance works to culvert below bridge and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th November 2024 to 6th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2355 and 0400, weekends included.
Road affected - Road From Trehan House To Junction West Of The Old Mill, Saltash between grid references SX 40417 57958 and SX 40715 57474.

(Road From Rosedene To Penframe Farm, St Pinnock)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Pinnock. This prohibition is necessary for new water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 25th November 2024 to 29th November 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Rosedene To Penframe Farm, St Pinnock between grid reference SX 19983 63204 and the Cemetery.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 6th March 2024 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Terras Hill, Lostwithiel between Tregarthen and Terras House.
The Order which commenced on the 7th March 2024 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 21st February 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed due to collapsed retaining wall.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

(Treliddon Lane, Downderry)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Downderry. This prohibition is necessary for fibre overhead cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th November 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Treliddon Lane, Downderry between grid reference SX 32049 54957 and property known as Bowithen.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Cleer. This prohibition is necessary for new fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th November 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Well Lane, St Cleer between the junctions of Fore Street and Tremar Lane.
