Various Locations, Mansfield - Multiple Traffic Notices For Various Sewer And Drainage Works.

(Various Locations, Mansfield) (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving) Order 2024 (M24-196)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council has made an Order, under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, in respect of roads at Mansfield in the District of Mansfield The effects of the Order will be :
1. Vehicles are prohibited from proceeding in the following length of roada. Llion Street, Mansfield - For its entire length
b. Clumber Drive, Mansfield - From its junction with Burlington Drive to its junction with Llion Street

c. Burlington Drive, Mansfield - From its junction with Clumber Drive to its junction with Llion Street

2. All existing permanent restrictions will be temporarily suspended as required.

3. The restrictions specified above shall only be in effect when the signs are in place. 

IT IS INTENDED that the prohibitions respecting the above road or roads will apply as follows : From 08:30 hours Monday 28th October 2024 Until 17:30 hours Friday 10th January 2025 inclusive.

AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that during the period of restriction the alternative route available will be : Llion Street - Clumber Street - Burlington Drive and vice versa Clumber Drive - Burlington Street - Llion Street and vice versa

Burlington Drive - Llion Street - Burlington Drive and vice versa The Order will come into force on Monday 28th October and any prohibition in it shall apply on that day and any subsequent day when necessary to enable works to be carried out. The Order shall continue in force until the works are completed (within a maximum period of 18 months).

The prohibition is required to enable Kier on behalf of Severn Trent Water to carry out various sewer and drainage works.
