What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY WAITING AND LOADING

RESTRICTIONS APPROACH ROAD EN4

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate street lighting replacement works, they intend to make an Order which will:

(a) temporarily introduce a length of 'at any time' waiting and loading restrictions on the northeast side of Approach Road EN4 from a point 30 metres south of the southern kerbline of East Barnet Road and a point 98 metres south of the southern kerbline of East Barnet Road, while the works take place.

(b) temporarily introduce a length of 'at any time' waiting and loading restrictions on the southwest side of Approach Road EN4 from a point 30 metres northwest of the northwestern kerbline of Tewkesbury Close and a point 40 metres southeast of the northwestern kerbline of Tewkesbury Close, while the works take place, while the works take place.

The works will commence at 8am on Thursday 21st November 2024 and is expected to last for 3 days.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Civil Enforcement Officer in uniform. Further information may be obtained by contacting the NRSWA Team, London Borough of Barnet, via telephone on 020 8359 3555.
