High Street, Park Avenue and Court Street, Madeley - Temporary Road Closure

The Council has made the Borough of Telford & Wrekin High Street, Park Avenue and Court Street, Madeley (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, in order to undertake Christmas Light Installation and Removal works. The order becomes operational from the 30/10/24 (Phase 1 Installation 30/10/24-31/10/24) (Phase 2 Removal 16/1/25- 17/1/25) between the hours of 18:00pm and 01.00am. The following roads are affected: High St, Madeley from its jcn with High St Rbt to its jcn with Park Ave. Park Ave, Madeley from its jcn with High St to its jcn with Meadowlea and Court St, Madeley from its jcn with High St to its jcn with Parkway Woodside Rbt to Madeley Rbt. Alternative routes will be signed on site. The maximum duration is 18 months, but the works are expected to be completed by the 17/1/25.
