PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 11 ROSSINGTON (PART)
EXTINGUISHMENT AND DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION
ORDER 2024
On 23rd October 2024, City of Doncaster Council confirmed
the above order made under section 118 of the Highways
Act 1980.
The effect of the order as confirmed is to extinguish the public
footpath running from Gattison Lane at grid reference SK
6177 9759 and proceeding south-westwards through the
church grounds to Radburn Road at grid reference SK 6177
9758 as shown on the order map.
A copy of the order as confirmed and the order map have
been placed and may be seen free of charge at City of
Doncaster Council, Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1
3BU, from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays.
Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price
of £10.00. A copy of the order and map may be viewed on
City of Doncaster Council’s website at:

The order comes into force on 23rd October 2024, but if a
person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, or
that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is
not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended,
or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as
amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not
been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may,
under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by
paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within six weeks from
24th October 2024, make an application to the High Court.

SPEED LIMITS (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2011
(AMENDMENT NO.118) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of October 2024
the City of Doncaster Council made an Order under the
provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The effect of the Order that will come into operation on the
4th day of November 2024 will introduce a 20 mph speed limit
on the following road:
HAZELWOOD GARDENS, EDENTHORPE
A copy of the Order and a map showing the restricted roads
may be examined at the Council Offices, Civic Office,
Waterdale, Doncaster between 8.45 a.m. and 4.45 p.m.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of
the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not
within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation
Act, 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act
or of any instrument made under it has not been complied
with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from the
23rd day of October 2024 apply to the High Court for this
