TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE C149 ROAD FROM WITHINGTON ROAD TO HIGH STREET, WITHINGTON (WITHINGTON PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C149 Road from Withington Road to High Street Withington, from its junction with High Street to the junction of the property known as "Manor Farmhouse" for a distance of approximately 290 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for wall repair works.

The road is expected to be closed between 07:00hrs and 20:00hrs on the 30th October 2024 only or until the works have been completed, whichever is the later.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE C157 LOWER CROFT ROAD (FAIRFORD TOWN) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C157 Lower Croft Road from its junction with London Road to outside the property known as "The Croft" for a distance of approximately 30 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for overhead cabling works.

The road is expected to be closed between 09:30hrs and 15:30hrs on the 30th October 2024 only or until the works have been completed, whichever is the later.

The reason for the said closure is for lower pipe repair works.

The reason for the closure is for apparatus installation and maintenance works by Severn Trent Water.

The above road is expected to be closed for 5 days from the 30th October 2024 until 1st November 2024 only or until the works have been completed, whichever is the later.

The reason for the said closure is for internet apparatus repair and connection works.

The reason for the said closure is for works to install an Electrical Vehicle Charging Point.

The reason for the said closures is for Carriageway Patching works. There will be no stopping or waiting permitted throughout the duration of the said works.

The road areas are expected to be closed on a rolling programme, commencing 14th November 2024, where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. Further advanced warning of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the works.

This order can permit closures to take place on any day or simultaneously as required and it is anticipated all works will be completed by 31st March 2025 or until further notice.
