(C2133 Lion Lane, Upper Arley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2133 Lion Lane from its junction with A442 Bridgnorth Road to its junction with U13002 Lowe Lane. Reason: New water main replacement by Coffey Constructions.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
No access for emergency services diversion route must be followed.
Alternative route: C2133 Lion Lane (part), C2020 Arley Lane, A442 Bridgnorth Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs). Commencing: 18 November 2024.
(U12417 James Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U12417 James Road from its junction with U12401 Hurcott Road to its junction with U12416 Batham Road.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U12401 Hurcott Road, U12416 Batham Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 28 October 2024 and 7 November 2024.
(C2172 Wilden Lane, Stourport on Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of C2172 Wilden Lane from its junction with U11319 Bigbury Lane to its junction with U12805 Hopton Drive.
Reason: Electricity cable replacement by National Grid.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2172 Wilden Lane (part), B4193 Hartlebury Road, B4193 Rectory Lane, A449 Worcester Road, C2172 Wilden Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 17 days (24 hrs). Commencing: 28 October 2024.
(C2021 Dunley Road, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of C2021 Dunley Road from its junction with C2071 Nertherton Lane to its junction with U10011 Wylde Lane.
Reason: Safe working for overhead Fibre cabling works by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2021 Dunley, A451 Dunley, B4194 Ribbesford Road, B4194 Red Hill, B4194 High Street, B4190 Winbrook, B4190 Cleobury Road, A456 Long Bank, A456 Callow Hill, C2021 Bliss Gate Road, C2021 Heightington Road, C2021 Dunley Road (part) and vice versa.

(C2186 Tandys Lane, Chaddesley Corbett) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2186 Tandys Lane from its junction with U13602 Hill Pool to its junction with C2185 Woodrow Lane. Reason: Pipe renewal by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2186 Tandys Lane (part), C2185 Woodrow Lane, A450 Worcester Road, C2186 Tandys Lane (part) and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 18 November 2024.
(U12800 Frederick Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U12800 Frederick Road from its junction with U12804 Arthur Drive to its junction with U12802 Matthew Lane.
Reason: Replacement electricity cable by Western Power Distribution.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U12804 Arthur Drive, U12801 Edwin Avenue, U12800 Frederick Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days (24hrs). Commencing: 19 November 2024.
(C2142 Bishops Wood Lane, Hartlebury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of C2142 Bishops Wood Lane from its junction with A4025 Stourport Road for a distance of 125 metres in a south westerly direction.
Reason: New customer connection by National Grid Electrical Distribution.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Diversion Southbound: C2142 Bishops Wood Lane (part), C2142 Bishops Wood Road, C2141 Owlhill Lane, A449 Sytchampton to Mitre Oak, A4025 Stourport Road and vice versa. Diversion Northbound: C2142 Bishops Wood Lane (part), U40015 Lincomb Bank, C2141 Lincomb Lane, A4025 Stourport Road and vice versa.

(U12045 Reservoir Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U12045 Reservoir Road from its junction with B4549 Sutton Park Road for a distance of 45 meters in a southerly direction.
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4549 Sutton Park Road, A451 Stourport Road, U12045 Reservoir Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 28 October 2024.
(A456 Coventry Street, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of A456 Coventry Street from its junction with C2190 Radford Avenue in a Westerly direction only to its junction with A456 Coventry Street Roundabout/The Ringway.
Reason: Remedial water works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A456 Coventry Street (part), A456 Birmingham Road, A449 Chester Road North, A448 Comberton Road, A448 Comberton Hill, A451 The Ringway and vice versa.

(Link Footpath F10040 Calder Road, Stourport on Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of Link Footpath F10040 Calder Road from its junction with U11408 Malham Road to its junction with U11410 Calder Road.
Reason: Safe working by Openreach.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U11408 Malham Road, U11400 Kingsway, U11412 Windermere Way, Link Footpath F10041 Windermere Way - Calder Road, U11410 Calder Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 18 November 2024.
(B4194 Dowles Road, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of B4194 Dowles Road from its junction with U10228 Woodthorpe Drive to its junction with U10229 Sabrina Drive. Reason: Replacement water mains by Amey Plc.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4194 Dowles Road (part), B4190 Winbrook, B4190 Cleobury Road, A456 Long Bank, A456 Callow Hill, A4117 Cleobury Road into Shropshire, B4194 Dowles Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs). Commencing: 18 November 2024.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (A450 Worcester Road, Broome) (Temporary 40 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To impose a temporary 40 mph speed limit on that part of A450 Worcester Road from a distance of 51 metres in a southerly direction from its junction with Wyre Forest County boundary and from a distance of 88 metres in a northerly direction from its junction with C2135 Broome Lane.
Reason: Safe working for new gas connection by Cadent Gas.
Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 18 November 2024.
(Footpath RK-523, Rock) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 13 April 2017 the effect of which is to close the entire length of Footpath RK-523, Rock, which was due to expire on 28 October 2024 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 27 October 2026 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State.
The Order has been made to facilitate repair works to a dangerous bridge. No alternative route available.
(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2024 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Hurcott Road, Kidderminster]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled person parking place on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster: - Hurcott Road (south side) from a point 36 metres east of Greenhill Avenue, for a distance of 6.6 metres in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.
